Word has spread fast since we started serving a community meal on Tuesdays. It’s been great getting to know our neighbors in and out of town. I love hearing everyone’s stories while we share dinner together. We have great folk music by local artist, Brad Sondahl of Sondahl Pottery. The vibe at the community center has been so heart-warming. It’s been a reprieve from the coldest of nights for all of us. As we head into spring, look for lots of updates from Cup of Grace because we’ve got so much going on: We’re looking for a permanent place to have the meals and store our supplies, and we’re looking forward to switching up the menu as the warmer weather rolls in (Hello barbecue??) Speaking of barbecue, I’ve made up a delicious batch of homemade Texas barbecue sauce that I am selling as a fundraiser for Cup of Grace. Come and check it out!
