Where is Cup of Grace located?
Cup of Grace does not currently have a permanent physical address. We use the Spirit Lake Senior and Community Center to serve our weekly free meals. If it is in God’s plan, He will provide a permanent home for us in the future. If not, we will continue to work wherever we are directed.
Is Cup of Grace a 501(c)(3) organization?
Yes, Cup of Grace is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We will happily provide receipts for your donations for tax purposes.
I’m not a Christian, or even religious. Can I still volunteer for Cup of Grace?
Yes! Even though we are a faith-based agency, you do not have to be a person of faith to join us. If you have a desire to help your neighbors, we welcome you.
Do you help people who do not live in Spirit Lake?
Our primary mission is to help people who live in the Spirit Lake community: the city of Spirit Lake and its surrounding areas. If you live outside of our community and need assistance, we are happy to provide a list of alternate resources.
Do you provide services such as home repairs and light housework for people who can no longer do these tasks themselves?
We are planning to become a resource center for members of our community who need minor home repairs and light housework done, but are unable to pay for such services. We are attempting to compile a list of licensed and insured local service providers who are willing to do the work at a discounted fee or free of charge. Stay tuned!
